The 2 technicians called to advise me of their arrival time. They immediately began the job of dismantling the old garage door. They then began installing the new garage door which is able to withstand winds of 140 mph. Since we are once again in hurricane season this new door makes me feel safer.They did such an excellent that job that I treated them to lunch. They tidied everything and left the garage as clean as it was before their arrival. I would highly recommend Precision Door and give them a 5 star rating.

We found Precision Door on the internet searching for "Master Lift Garage Door Remote". Alex arrived on schedule. He was polite and professional. He inspected our doors and advise that the brand, Windsor, are no longer supplied in central Florida, but did say depending on the problem and lead time, that Precision could address some of the future problems, i.e. springs, cables, and rollers. He gave us a card for future reference. We will definitely call Precision Door when we have a need in the future.

Same day service! Prices are fair. Quality of product seems to be very good. Warranty is good. The best part of the whole experience was a young man named Jacob who did the job. Even at the age of 23 years, he was extremely professional, polite and handled himself in a manor way beyond his 23 years.
