I understand that some appointments require service call fees but this appointment was the same problem that I had before, in fact it was identical. after I had to use the emergency pull to open the door after the storm when I got it back on track the door just would open and close and open and close it would never stop this happened once before and I was not charged it should not be that way when you have to use the rope to open your door that you cannot get it back to where operates correctly so you have to call and pay $65. So my point is twice since I bought this unit from your company I've had to use the emergency rope and twice I've had to call for the same identical problem each time, luckily they waived the trip charge the first time but the problem shouldn't happen every time you have to use the emergency rope.

Could not be happier with my new Garage door opener. It is so nice not to hear the door open in the master bedroom that is over top of the garage. Christian did the install and was great! Made sure that I understood how everything worked. He Made sure everything was clean and put back just the way he found it. Thank you.
