Great Experience!!! I chose Precision based on TV and newspaper/insert ads and am glad I did. My garage door would not close with or without the power door opener. The garage door was in the half open-half closed position and would not move in either direction. This happened on Halloween afternoon 2017. When I called for an appointment, I spoke with Chris who said he would get a tech out me on the following day. When I explained I could not get my car out and leaving the garage door open all night exposed my home to vandalism, especially on Halloween, he asked me to hold to see if he could get a tech out that day. After a few moments, Chris returned and advised he could have a tech, named Alex out this evening in about an hour. This was about 5:00 p.m. Alex showed up 40 minutes later, explained what he was going to do and proceeded to do so. He completed a thorough safety inspection and assessment of the problem, and advised me of courses of action. We agreed on what was to be done and he proceeded to correct the problem. I looked over his shoulder periodically and if I had questions as to what and/or why he was doing something, he explained it to my while he kept working. He was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and patient (with me). He spent about two hours fixing the problem and the garage door works like new. Cost of the repair was reasonable. Thanx to everyone at Precision and kudos to Chris to Alex.

Excellent service, I called in the morning to get a broken spring fixed and they arrived right on time that day. The service technician was very courteous, and changed the springs and worn out bearings and rollers. My old system was about 8-10 yrs old and finally stopped working completely, to pull the door up manually was very difficult at best, after Jeff the service rep explained all my options I decide to replace most all the door which comes with a lifetime warranty, now if I ever had to manually open it I can easily do so with one hand, it operates like it was brand new, and the rep was very professional and knowledgeable.
