One of the springs broke on our double garage door. I found PDS online and used their chat function to schedule an appointment. It was very convenient. Van and his assistant showed up approximately 2 hours later and had the job completed in 40minutes. I'm very happy with my decision to use PDS. Great service and great guys.

The cable on my door busted on a Sunday afternoon so I called the 24 hour number and someone was out here early on Monday. The technician Chris was great. He explained all the parts and offered me options from just fixing the issue up to replacing other parts to ensure everything was running great. There was no pressure and I felt I could choose any package without feeling bad. I elected to go with the best package as the additional warranty really is a great comfort. I felt like Chris had my best intentions in mind and offered me tips on how to keep everything well maintained. I will certainly use Precision again.

Technician responded as scheduled for a repair of my old opener on the same day I called. Circuit board was shot in the old opener so I purchased a new belt drive opener. Technician was very efficient and friendly. Cost of the new opener was a little pricey, but has a life time warrantee. Would recommend this company to anyone because of their quick response as well as their skills.
