I called Precision to inspect my Precision door opener, as it was no longer working. It turned out to be an electrical issue in the junction box, rather than an issue with the opener. Greg performed a 25 point inspection to ensure that everything would be okay once the electrical issue with the junction box was resolved. The cost of the inspection was very reasonable, and the service was prompt and remarkable. I am very pleased with their service and my Precision door opener and Precision garage door.

Precision Door had a tech at my house within 24 hours of calling. The tech called me when he was on his way to my home. I went with the PDS800 belt drive system and I am very pleased with this ultra quiet product. Greg showed up to our house around 4:30, and first did a complete inspection, then shared the results with me and discussed several option to proceed which I really appreciated. He installed the new motor, and did a few other updates and was done around 6:30. Overall great service, great experience, and I would absolutely recommend Precision to anyone in the future.
