Alex came to my house and gave me all alternatives for both repairing my garage door and for replacement. He did a nice job of explaining the various alternatives, including all relevant pros and cons. I found him professional, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. He also quickly confirmed what we had agreed to with e-mail professional follow-up. Overall, very impressed with service call and responsiveness.
