My garage door decided not to work today. I called Precision and they were at my house this afternoon. Alex, the technician was knowledgable and a good communicator. He discovered the problems and showed them to me. Then he explained my options. Tomorrow, I'm getting a new opener, and I'm confident that it is necessary.

Our experience with precision was absolutely wonderful. The servicemen were very professional. We did not expect to have our new door opener installed in one day . Compared to other garage door companies we have had over the years we definitely would recommend this company as the best.

I called Precision to inspect my Precision door opener, as it was no longer working. It turned out to be an electrical issue in the junction box, rather than an issue with the opener. Greg performed a 25 point inspection to ensure that everything would be okay once the electrical issue with the junction box was resolved. The cost of the inspection was very reasonable, and the service was prompt and remarkable. I am very pleased with their service and my Precision door opener and Precision garage door.

Tech arrived when stated - had all the parts to make repairs - did a through inspection - informed me what needed to be done - did the repairs and re-inspected the door operations to make sure all was working properly. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing garage door repairs.

Alex explained everything well, was friendly and professional. We are getting new garage door installed. The only thing that wasn't mentioned was possibility of any discounts, military (my husband is a veteran) or senior citizen?? I noticed just now on website, but overall we are very pleased with service so far.

The company and workers are the best. Job was done right and fast, I will call them again. I will tell anyone they are they are the best. I ran into my door and broke the bottom panel bent rollers, plus other things. I called them at 10 am and before dark my door was fixed. You can't get better than that. Very happy I can't say enough for this company.

We are very pleased with the service. Making appointment was easy (talking to a real, live person,) technician came right on schedule and repair was performed promptly. The technician explained everything thoroughly, and we learned a lot about how the garage door system operates. He did offer us services beyond the basic repair, mostly in the nature of upgrades, but there was no hard sell. We'll use Precision Door Service next time we need garage door work.

Precision Door had a tech at my house within 24 hours of calling. The tech called me when he was on his way to my home. I went with the PDS800 belt drive system and I am very pleased with this ultra quiet product.
