I was given three choices of what work could be done to fix the spring and chose to have other parts replaced in order to prevent other breakdowns. My old system was about 8-10 yrs old and finally stopped working completely, to pull the door up manually was very difficult at best, after Jeff the service rep explained all my options I decide to replace most all the door which comes with a lifetime warranty, now if I ever had to manually open it I can easily do so with one hand, it operates like it was brand new, and the rep was very professional and knowledgeable.

The Tech. Nick was on time, pleasant and very instructional. He explained what routine service was needed and how to 'do it yourself' for minor problems and how to prevent them.
