The technician that evaluated and repaired my garage door was very professional and efficient. I had another company out here that tried to charge me over $867 for all new parts they stated I needed. I was skeptical of there evaluation and called Precision out to evaluate my door. Called for service early afternoon and tech was here by 2pm! Quickly discussed options related to 1988 door opener issues. He installed new unit, and went through all the features, cleaned up and was out by 4pm. Tech was very friendly, did high quality of work and was knowledgeable about the various products offered by Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Also answered various questions regarding the difference between wind rated garage doors and the existing door. He also advised that we should consider changing out the springs as the current ones we barely pulling the door up; as noticed when I had released the door in order to get my wife's car out of the garage.
