We have had an intermittent issue with the garage door opener. Several technicians from Precision Garage Door have vigorously attempted to identify the issue and solve it. We were so impressed with their dogged determination to find the culprit. Brittany was here today and Maurice was here yesterday. Maurice, a very pleasant person, was determined to solve the problem and checked every possible scenario. He was here quite a long time handled some possible causes and tried solutions. There was no charge for his time and effort . Brittany installed another possible solution today and handled it quickly and thoroughly. Still the only charge was the new equipment,.. no labor. Precision Garage Door people and company are the best. We wholeheartedly recommend them.

From start to finish for our new garage door and opener they have kept us informed of the project. The salesman spent time answering all of our questions for the replacement of our old door and opener. All of the people involved from the first contact to the installation everyone was knowledgeable and worked to complete the install professionally and quickly. The installing was completed in 4 hours even with the replacement of the motor twice. We were allowed to take time to ask the installer questions about our new devices. We would recommend Precision Doors to anyone looking for a garage door, opener even repairs when needed the process was done smoothly.

Our garage door jammed. I called Precision right away and even on New Years Eve they had a technician at our home to assess the problem and make the repair. The technician/assessor determined that a repair Precision had made in 2015 installed the wrong size springs on the door. A second technician with the right parts was sent to our house and the complete repair was completed by 6:00 pm New Years Eve. Precision does great work and even when it isn't right they stand by their service and make it right. There was no charge for this repair. I will continue to recommend Precision to my friends and acquaintances.

I selected Precision as they were they original installers of the door in our new, to us, house. When the door began to 'act up' I called them late in the afternoon and had a technician at my door the next morning. Very professional gentlemen (Alex) who recommended a complete rebuild. Not cheap. I went for it because these are expensive hurricane doors and I don't ever want to worry about them. The service men arrived only a few hours later. Another two professional gentlemen, Maurice and Brett. They did the entire job in less than two hours. This is a very professional outfit, top to bottom, and you get what you pay for. There may be cheaper out there, but are they this good? IMHO.

The company and workers are the best. Job was done right and fast, I will call them again. I will tell anyone they are they are the best. I ran into my door and broke the bottom panel bent rollers, plus other things. I called them at 10 am and before dark my door was fixed. You can't get better than that.
